Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mason William Merino garments. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery (28 days for international orders) or in-store purchase, provided that:
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items are free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, or pet hair
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• Items were not marked as final sale or clearance
• You can provide proof of purchase

You may choose to receive:

• A refund to your original payment method
• Please note: Due to non-refundable fees, all Afterpay refunds will be processed less a 6% fee
• An exchange for a different size or item
• A store credit, valid for 24 months

Return Methods:

• Online Orders: Email us at info@masonwilliammerino.com.au  with your order number and reason for return. Please note: Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.
• In-store Purchases: You’re welcome to return or exchange items at our [1/334 Elizabeth street North Hobart TAS 7000] during business hours.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We are very sorry for any inconvenience if you receive a faulty garment. Please email us with your order number and images of the fault to ensure we can redeem the issue as soon as possible.

3. Exchange Policy

We are very happy to offer exchanges on all items.
Return shipping costs are not covered by us, but
• We offer one free exchange per order — we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
• Any Additional exchanges will incur a flat shipping fee of AUD $15 (Australia & NZ) or AUD $60 (International).

4. Return Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm that it meets our return conditions.
• Refunds and store credits are usually processed within 14 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

5. Return Exclusions

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
• Final Sale or Clearance items
• Underwear and intimate apparel (due to hygiene reasons)
• Gift Cards (non-refundable and non-returnable)

6. CREDIT NOTE

Store credits issued for returns or exchanges:
• Are valid for 24 months from the date of issue
• Can be used for any future purchase, both online and in-store
• Are not refundable or redeemable for cash

7. Order Cancellations & Amendments

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or altered.
