Domestic Shipping (Australia & New Zealand)

* Free Express Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Express Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
* Standard Shipping: For orders under $150 AUD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
* Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days.

International Shipping

* Express Shipping: We offer international express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.
* Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on the destination.
* Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

* Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
* Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
