International: Express shipping via Australia Post or DHL Express, estimated 5–14 business days depending on location. Customs duties & taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Processing & tracking: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day; you'll receive a tracking number by email once shipped. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

28-day change-of-mind returns (42 days for international orders). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and not final sale or clearance. Proof of purchase required.
Your options: a refund to your original payment method (Afterpay refunds are processed less a 6% fee), an exchange, or a store credit valid for 24 months.
Exchanges: one free exchange per order — we cover the replacement shipping. Extra exchanges are AUD $15 (AU & NZ) or AUD $60 (international). Change-of-mind return postage is at your own cost.
Faulty or incorrect items: email your order number and photos of the fault and we'll fix it as soon as possible.
